Yield: 3 servings
Prep time: 20 minutes
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao
- 2 large avocados (pitted and skinned)
- ¼-½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (spend the extra money for the real stuff)
- Berries for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Start with ¼ cup honey and taste. Add more honey if you like it sweeter. Chill for one hour before serving. Garnish with mint and seasonal fruit.
