Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding

Take the guilt away from dessert and enjoy what nourishes and rebuilds the body: FOOD!  The spices in this dish decrease inflammation while feeding the soul.

Yield: 3 servings

Prep time: 20 minutes


  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 2 large avocados (pitted and skinned)
  • ¼-½  cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (spend the extra money for the real stuff)
  • Berries for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Start with ¼ cup honey and taste. Add more honey if you like it sweeter. Chill for one hour before serving. Garnish with mint and seasonal fruit.
