This tea is easy to make and gives your immune system a boost.
Prep time: 20 minutes
- 2 Cups plant based milk of your choice (i.e. hemp, coconut, rice, almond)
- 1 Tablespoon coconut butter or coconut oil
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 4 Whole cloves
- 3 Green cardamom pods, cracked
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons turmeric
- 1-4 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- dash of black pepper
Heat all ingredients in a small pot over medium until simmering. Then lower heat, cover, and let steep 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Perfect bedtime tea in a cozy mug.
